Ja.La Media Activities nasce dalle supreme menti (.....) di Carlo "Jarno" Garrè e Laura Beschi.
L'obiettivo è quello di dare visibilità a qualsiasi progetto musicale, senza distinzione di genere, in cui riteniamo valga la pena di dare l'anima. Le nostre attività si possono brevemente riassumere in promozione (discografica e di eventi) e management.
Entrambe le figure professionali coinvolte (Jarno e Laura) vengono da anni di esperienza nel settore musicale, tra uffici stampa, case discografiche, agenzie di booking e management.

Ja.La will give your band a chance to have a successful career with your music in Italy through a steady stream of Marketing, Tour Set Up, Merchandising, Television placements, Press & Television promotions and management consultation. Ja.La is a new project to follow the promotion of independent music in a particular territory like Italy, where the music market is damaged by an old way of working. The idea of Ja.La came from Carlo “Jarno” Garrè and Laura Beschi. Jarno – with almost ten years of experience as promo department for national promoters (Dna concerti, Indipendente, Clear Channel), worldwide tour manager (Blonde Redhead, Devics…) and European management for international bands (Ladytron, Seawolf…) – and Laura, which formed her experience on V2 Records Italy, in some press office (Fleisch Agency) and record labels. The concept of “Ja.La” is to follow the promotion of music with new and creative idea, focused on the presence on local territory and on relationships with all the most important media, avoiding to use old instruments (ex: selling album by on-line shops as ITunes, and web-store too, instead of traditional shop can avoid artist and label to pay extra-price for the distribution) and promoting live contest, one of the most important benefit for a lot of bands. Ja.La would want to be a new opportunity for independent and alternative identities that risk to lost visibility, due to no physical distribution in shops and due to the fact that major are the only “owner” of the distribution’s rights. Our project wants to promote all the realties set aside by major because considered not commercially enough and all the bands without a distribution’s contract. We think that you don’t need it to sell album or to play live, but you must be visible in the market. Ja.La can provide creative promotion to labels and bands, focused on: - Press; - Web: we can plug your music and artist into all of the important Italian web sites like ITunes Italy; - Radio; - Televisions; - Spots synch for radio and tv; - Street Team: we can implement street marketing campaigns in the major Italian cities like Milano, Roma, Torino, Bologna, Firenze.
